CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand circumstances may change but in the event that a reservation is cancelled we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
Free Cancellation outside 7 days of 2pm arrival.
Cancellation inside 7 days of arrival date 50% of the total booking or first night in full whichever is higher will be forfeited.
Cancellation or no shows within 24hrs of the 2pm check in time the full booking amount will be forfeited.
Amended bookings outside 24hrs of the 2pm check in and inside 7 days will incur a $50 admin charge per Hut.
DAMAGES / SMOKING / CLEANING POLICY
All services booked through Accommodation Getaways Reservation Service are subject to an accidental / willful damage policy a no smoking policy and an excess cleaning policy. Where the individual services confront interruption to business or unreasonable delay and expense in business operations the responsible guest will be charged accordingly.
Travel insurance is recommended for all bookings to provide adequate protection against cancellation of travel.
