Ikumi is a self contained beach house set in a quite location walking distance to beaches and the town of Port Elliot. Ikumi comfortably sleeps eight guests with a sheltered deck and living areas to relax in. Large screen TVs ,PS3 and XBOX 360 plus FREE WIFI.

The payment of 100% of the total booking fee is required at time of booking. Failure to do this will result in the cancellation of the booking. A damages/security deposit of $300 is also required at the time of booking.
All service changes/cancellations may be subject to a minimum $100 AUD as a cancellation/administration fee. Cancellation notified more than 30 days prior to arrival date will be entitled to a refund less $100 administration fee. Cancellations notified 30 days or less prior to arrival date will forfeit the full money paid.
Prior to arrival you will be required to produce credit card details to be recorded for security purposes This credit card will be charged if the following issues are breached.
Damages/Smoking/Cleaning
An excess charge will be charged if Ikumi is not left as it is presented to the guests and if damages occur. If excessive cleaning is required fees start from $ 65. Any disruption to future bookings occurs due to lack of care this will result in all charges being passed onto the guest. Damages to Ikumi will be charged from the security deposit and if greater than this; to the guests’ credit card.
Travel insurance is recommended for all bookings to provide adequate protection against cancellation of travel.
