The house itself backs onto the water with superb views overlooking your own private jetty. For those who have their own boat there is a boat ramp conveniently situated just around the corner.
True Blue Island Getaway sleeps 8 people comfortably with 3 good sized bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed, en-suite and walk in robe. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and the third has two sets of bunk beds.
There is a formal lounge with TV and DVD player for those intimate quiet times.
With amazing 180 degree views out over the water, the spacious living area includes dining room, kitchen and family room which is the place where family and friends will gather. the superbly set out, open plan kitchen with gas cook top and electric oven is a chef's delight. The dining room seats eight people and adjoins the family room which has two sofas, large TV, DVD player and play station with games.
True Blue Island Getaway has two bathrooms where you'll find hair dryers, hand soap and bath soap. Rejuvenate your senses in the large spa bath which is separate from the main bathroom. Why not light a candle or two and enjoy a glass of bubbly and some chocolates to relax and unwind.
Soak up the ambience sitting on the back patio looking out over the water with sun lounges and an eight seater outdoor setting. There is a gas BBQ for use in the alfresco dining area, so get the gang together and cook up a feed.
Spacious well stocked laundry with washer, dryer and plenty of bench space.
Children are welcome with a good selection of books, board games and video games provided. There is a side section fenced with a pool gate to keep the little ones safe out of the water when you need to. Small dogs are permitted through prior arrangement.
Access to the garage is not available for use but there is still plenty of off street parking available.

Hindmarsh Island is the perfect location for water sports, including swimming, surfing, sailing, kayaking and boating. Several popular golf courses are nearby for the golf enthusiast as well as Narnu Farm, Cruises on the Murray River and the Coorong National Park and surrounds, not to mention plenty of bird watching opportunities. Why not take a day to explore the Coorong National Park, Deep Creek Conservation Park or Newland Head Conservation Park where you can hike, picnic or camp.

If the Visitor Cancels their booking for a Product more than 30 days prior to the first date on which the Product was due to be supplied. AVS shall refund to the Visitor all monies paid in advance by the Visitor (including any deposit made)
If the Visitor cancels their booking for Product less than 30 days and greater than 14 days prior to the first date on which Product was due to be supplied. AVS shall retain 12% of the total price of the Product and refund to the Visitor the balance of monies paid in advance by the Visitor.
If the Visitor cancels their booking for Product less than 14 days prior to the first date on which Product was due to be supplied. AVS shall retain the amount of its commission (12%) and shall pay the balance of money held to the Operator. The Operator agrees that if following a cancellation it secures a new booking for the Product for part or all of the cancelled period it shall refund to the original Visitor the amount paid to AVS less a reasonable amount of costs or losses sustained by the Operator as a consequence of cancellation.
Once a sale has taken place AVS accepts no responsibility for a cancellation or double booking.
