Immerse yourself in the newly unveiled exhibition within the
Signal Point Experience Centre.
Open times: Wednesday to Sunday 10am to 4pm - while construction is in progress on the front deck, entry is through the Wharf Barrel Shed. (Closed Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day)
Located within the historic Goolwa Wharf Precinct, the Signal Point Experience Centre is located where the river ends, and the stories begin.
Yuntulun Ku:li-war translated from Ngarrindjeri means ‘coming together on the headland’.
This exhibition tells stories and provides a range of experiences that will offer a showcase of Ngarrindjeri culture, European history, especially as it relates to the wharf, and educational opportunities about the health of the Murray Darling River system and ecologies.
Upgrades to the Signal Point Experience Centre was funded by the Australian Government and the Alexandrina Council. The Yuntulun Ku:li-war exhibition was funded through a $980,000 Murray Darling Basin Economic Development program.
